What size should I order?

All shirts are Unisex. Order the size that you typically wear with Unisex shirts as the shirts run true to size. Order one size DOWN for a women's fit or order one size UP for oversized style.

When will I receive my merch?
New orders usually processed within 2-7 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive your tracking number at the time. Once shipped, orders are usually received within 3-5 business days for US destinations. International orders usually take a few weeks to arrive. This speed may vary according to product type, destination, and the time of year.

Can I rush my order?
We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

I received one item I purchase but not the other. Were they shipped separately?
Please be aware that your items may ship separately AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU - we cover these costs. Offering a unique variety of items means working with a variety of expert suppliers. In order to ship your order as quickly as possible, some items may ship separately from other items in your order.

I need to change my shipping address.
Please alert us of any address change within 24 hours of purchase. Be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address. If your order is returned for an incorrect address, you will need to pay for reshipping to the correct address.

Will the colors look like the pictures?
Not all computer monitors are calibrated the same. Colors may display differently on your monitor than what is actually printed. We do our best to make sure the image on the product listing is identical to the image you order, however small variations in color can and will occur. The images on our website are as accurate as possible. However, different monitors may cause colors to vary slightly.

Do you accept returns?
Items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges, but if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to try to resolve the issue. Please take a picture of the full item and send it along with your order number and shipping address.

Can I change my order?
Orders are sent to production 24 hours (or less) after they are received and cannot be changed or canceled after that point.

I live in your city, can I pick up my order from your house?
No, we do not hold excess inventory or ship anything from our home.

Can you customize merch?
Yes. Customization comes at an added cost, but is unavailable during peak seasons. 

Can you remove the price when shipping the order for a gift?
The order ships with a pack list that does not contain the price.

How can I make my shirt last?
Instructions to make your shirt last will be included with your order. We recommend washing your shirt inside out, machine wash on a cold setting using mild detergent and allowing it to air dry on a flat surface if possible. 

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange?
We don't offer returns or exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please check out our size charts, which are listed in the product photos. Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Size charts are posted on all listings and Unisex sizing is noted.
